Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using Coopera, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts & tenants
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Each SACCO is a separate tenant; you must not attempt to access another tenant's data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in Malawi Kwacha. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability & liability
We strive for high availability but provide the service “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
