Overview

Coopera (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides SACCO management software. This policy explains what data we process and why. We act as a processor for the data your SACCO stores in the platform, and as a controller for your account information.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email, phone and authentication credentials.

Tenant data: the records your SACCO enters — members, accounts, transactions and documents. Each tenant's data is isolated from every other tenant.

Usage and security data: login events, device information and audit logs used to keep your account secure.

How we use data

To operate and secure the service, provide support, process transactions you initiate, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Security

We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, per-tenant row-level security and full audit trails. Access to production data is restricted and logged.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or export/erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable law and your SACCO's retention obligations. Contact info@infi-tech.net.
