Test the Coopera app
An early Android build, for people helping us test. No sign-up list, no waiting to be added — just download and install.
This is a test build
It is not the finished app and it will not update itself — when we cut a new one, come back here and install over the top. Please do not use it for money you cannot afford to lose track of while we are testing.
Installing it
Android blocks apps that did not come from the Play Store. Getting past that is four taps, and it is the part people get stuck on.

Download the file
Tap the button above. Chrome may ask you to confirm the download — choose Download anyway. The file is 114 MB, so use Wi-Fi if you can.

Open it
Tap the file from your notifications, or find it in Files under Downloads.

Allow this one install
Android will say installs from this source are not allowed. Tap Settings on that prompt, turn on Allow from this source, then press Back. On older phones the setting is Security → Unknown sources instead.

Install, and keep it if Play Protect asks
Play Protect may warn that the app is not recognised — that is because it did not come from the Play Store, not because anything is wrong with it. Choose Install anyway.
iPhone
Not available to test yet. Apple does not allow apps to be installed outside the App Store, so the iPhone build has to go through TestFlight — we will send invitations when it is ready.
Found something wrong?
That is the point of the test — tell us what you were doing and what happened on the contact page. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
